What is By Nadines' VIPs?
By Nadines’ VIPs is our Rewards Program. For your continued loyalty, we’re giving you access to exclusive offers, unique rewards, referral benefits, and other beauty perks.
Create an account on bynadines.com, then join and agree to participate in the loyalty program by accepting the Terms & Conditions.
As part of By Nadines’ VIPs, you can also take part in our Referral Program by inviting your friends to shop with us. When your referred friend creates an account and completes an eligible purchase, you may receive rewards or points as a thank you, and your friend may also receive a special benefit to enjoy their first By Nadines experience.
Until you accept these Terms & Conditions, your loyalty account will remain in a pending status and will not be fully active. While your account is pending, you will continue to earn points for any orders placed, but you will not be able to redeem these points, participate in referral rewards, or access any other loyalty benefits until your account is activated.
How do I earn points?
Earning points is easy! You will earn points every time you make a purchase (as long as you are logged into your By Nadines' VIPs account). Your points will be added to your account 24 hours after your order is placed.
You can also earn bonus points from time to time. To stay updated on any bonus points available and other rewards, check out our rewards page.
If a purchase is refunded for any reason, the associated reward points will be deducted from your point balance.
Will I earn points on all By Nadines purchases?
Earning points is easy! You will earn points every time you make a purchase (as long as you are logged into your By Nadines' VIPs account). Your points will be added to your account after your order is placed.

How do I redeem my points?
If you have enough points available to redeem a discount on your order, you will see the option to 'Redeem Your Points' at checkout. You must be logged into your By Nadines' VIPs account for this to be available.
You can select the amount you would like to redeem from the dropdown on the checkout page. This will auto-apply your Rewards Discount Code to your order and you will see the discount being applied to your cart.
Do my points or tier expire?
Your points will expire 365 days after they are earned if they are not redeemed. This means that each time you earn points, you'll have a full 365 days to use them before they expire. To make the most of your rewards, we recommend redeeming your points regularly so you don’t miss out.
